We haven't stayed overnight yet but we walked around the halls taking videos. We stopped at room 311 and the audio on my phone completely cut out when my sister put her head to the door (for about 10 seconds). It picked right back up as soon as she moved away from the door. Super creepy and I got very dizzy after exiting the elevator - for a good 20 minutes.

So I recently had dinner at the Inn with my sister. We heard about the history and asked the front desk staff if we could meander the halls to get a feel for the place. Upon walking the halls on the second and third floor, we heard some definitive knocks and bangs around rooms 311 and 210. Upon exiting off the elevator in the lobby area to leave I got very lightheaded and dizzy. This lasted after we left the inn for a good 20 minutes. I really felt like I was going to pass out. Very strange experience so we're booking a room next month to see if we can pick up anything else.

My husband and I have stayed here on multiple occasions. We have used a spirit box and voice recorder. Every time we have a session we get responses. My favorite occurrence was when I asked if they were once a guest at the hotel, and I received a clear "yes".

Room was on 2nd floor turn right at to of stairs to next corner, turn and first door on right was where we spent night. Was fallish time of year so no need for a/c or heat. I was turned away from husband and nearly asleep when I felt a chilling breeze of air. Not cool, not a machine type of blower but just a breezie type for about half a minute. You know when something is odd but didn't lose sleep, but always kept it in my thoughts. I do believe it was something strange. Was back in early 2000's. Still Love Jim Thorpe.

We stayed in a suite 303 for two nights the week before Christmas, hotel was quiet. The first night we were walking the second floor hallway looking at the historical pictures and right after talking about the newspaper article that they have framed about the death of a firefighter who fell during a fire, as we walked away from the picture down the hall to the corner we both heard a very audible and close whistle behind us, it was a loud whispered type of whistle. We both turned simultaneously, as we did so, we heard it again right near us, there was nobody in the hallway and we heard no doors to other rooms open or close, the hotel was really empty. The second night my boyfriend felt a sensation of something on his leg, he thought it was my hand, but when he looked over I was on the other side of the bed with my back turned. We were in suite 303
