Topton House Pub - White Palm Tavern
Topton, PA 19562
The White Palm Tavern was once known as the Topton House Pub and dates back to around 1860. The building is rumored to be haunted by a number of ghosts, one of the most known being a ghostly girl named Emma. The young girl has been spotted in the dining room playing and has been mistaken for a live child, until visitors are told there are no children in the building. Emma has also been heard whispering and laughing and has even tripped people! Another ghost on the premises is a priest who depises Christmas decoration. He takes them down and tears them up, leaving them on the floor. The apparition of a former gardener has also been seen here, along with the phantom smell of roses.
