USS Olympia
Philadelphia, PA 19106
The USS Olympia was a cruiser in operation from 1895 until 1922 for the Navy. It is now held at the Independence Seaport Museum, but its violent past as a warship leaves many to believe it is haunted. Witnesses have reported seeing shadowy forms and apparitions, and hearing unexplained voices. The USS Olympia remains as the oldest steel warship afloat in the world.

Reviews
I visited the USS OLYMPIA recently and had nothing but a warm and fuzzy feeling the whole time. My wife, however, started crying over thinking these sailors had a lot of hardships at sea. I, on the other hand, felt like I was engaged in some kind of homecoming. I am retired Navy. With my son and young daughter we felt completely at home and even sat in the officer's wardroom and relaxed. Do ghosts, or supernatural events sometimes make you feel so happy and contented because that's how I felt.
