Bishop White House
Philadelphia, PA 19106
This was the home of Bishop White, a chaplain to the Second Constitutional Convention and the U.S. Senate in the late 1700s. In 1793 when the Yellow Fever epidemic was occurring Bishop White sent his family to live here. Fortunately, he and his family survived the epidemic, but his neighbor Dr. Rush did not. Paranormal experiences include sightings of an elderly housekeeper's apparition on the first floor, an apparition of a thin man on the third floor, and sounds of a meowing cat.
