This restaurant was established in the 18th Century and is rumored to be one of the oldest building in town. People have reported feeling like they've been touched by an unseen hand at the bar and objects have been known to move around on their own. A ghost whose name may be Rebecca is said to haunt Room #104.
It’s haunted . I was staying 4 houses away and I saw spirits running for their lives down west canal street from the pub it’s closed . At first I thought I’m seeing things , then the 2nd man ran by . They glowed and all white. I sat in awe not moving . There was no contact and no return I just saw them running from the canal house . It was about 2 am . 2 ghosts so fast within 20 minutes of each other . No legs just arms and a head . Running fast. I am beside myself I can’t believe I saw that . Posted 10/13/20
