  • 2 out of 3 attractions were AWESOME!!

Infection was an awesome experience! I was running for my life! The mansion was changed up a little from last year and also was terrific. The hayride was just ok....do that first to get it out of the way! We had such an awesome time!

  • The haunted house was fantastical

This haunted house was definitely among the best I've experienced. There were plenty of talented actors, you could tell a lot of work was put into it..and it was all well worth it! However, the hayride failed to even startle us, and we scare easily. I think it was because everything was so...expected. There was a lot to look at, but nothing that actually jumped out and scared us. I think if there were some actors coming out of the corn at some points in the empty spaces between scenes it would have been much better...I was also disappointed with the staff being relatively...rude. Especially the guy admitting us into the haunted house, I don't offend easily but he was very disrespectful. I can't say I was impressed by anyone I came in contact with being "friendly" in any way, just some being more neutral than others. Despite those downfalls, the house itself was great and I would definitely go back for that again, it's too good to pass up and let those other minor things get to me! Five pumpkins for the hotel itself :)

  • Not for the faint of heart!

The Haunting at the Waldorf Hotel if by far the greatest haunted house we have ever been to. We travel all over and go through many haunted houses every October, and this haunted house is NUMBER 1! We purchased the VIP Passes, (Best $40.00 ever spent) since we came on a Saturday and it was PACKED! We started with the Waldorf Hotel, since we wanted to get it over with(we scare easy)! We were greeted by: James CuDie, the Hotel's Butler. BEST ACTOR EVER!!! Seriously, for a teenager, he was the best! He set the standard for what we were going to experience! He was in your face, intense, and devilish, and DID NOT BREAK CHARACTER AT ALL! Good job sir! When we got into the hotel, you could sense that things were going to be crazy. We entered the bar room, and the bartender was eager to get us drunk. But when we turned down the drink, things weren't going to end well. The Hotel Chef! FANTASTIC!!! I don't want to ruin the experience by saying too much. But Happy Birthday! Do Not Enter if you are easily disturbed, and scared. The Haunted Hayride was also intense. Very theatrical. We loved that all the horror movie classics were in the hayride, everybody loves a good Freddy Kreuger, and Leatherface. The sets were HUGE, so much better than last year. Overall this attraction was a 10 out of 10! Seriously, you should definitely go here! Don't bother with the local haunts!

  • By far best haunted attraction in the Poconos

It was definitely worth the scare...rode the haunted hayride with was above average but then you need to get off through the haunted trail...that was creepy. We saved the best for last the haunted waldorf hotel....great actors keep you on your toes from the time of entry to the end of your "stay"". Very realistic. Highly recommend if you are looking for an interactive scary attraction!

  • Scariest Haunted House I've EVER been to, and I've been to A LOT

I came here last year, not expecting much because it was on a street across from a bar... I was wrong. I love Halloween, and my mission every year is to hit as many haunted attractions as possible. This year I know Waldorf Hotel is on my list. I don't want to give anything away, but the crawl through section with the smell of meat literally had me ready to vomit, it was so realistic.
