Elfreth's Alley in Philadelphia is the nation’s oldest continuously inhabited residential street and has been the home of more than 3,000 people throughout the years. Rumor has it that a soldier was hanged on the alley and witnesses have reported catching what they consider to be photographic evidence of paranormal activity.
