Easton Area Public Library - Real Easton Haunt

  • 515 Church St.
  • Easton, PA
The Easton Area Public Library in Easton is home to some strange occurrences that many believe are the ghosts that reside there. The building opened in 1903 where an old cemetery once was and the remains of more than 30 people had to be moved into an underground cement vault, which was eventually paved over into a parking lot. Witnesses have reported books flying off the shelves, and doors and drawers opening and slamming on their own.
