Kelly Road - A.K.A. Mystery Mile

Kelly Road, also known as "Mystery Mile," is located in the western part of Beaver County, north of Industry and near the Ohio border. The road stretches for 1.6 miles, running through two stretches of dark woods. Local legend says there is a portion of the paved road that is haunted, giving off a bad aura, causing people to lose their temper and become violent for no reason. Reports in the area nearby to Kelly Road have mentioned sudden behavior changes in animals, movements in the shadows, and strange sounds that seem to have no origin. Some believe the hauntings come from Native Americans who cursed the road when the land was taken away from them in the 1700s.
